The Alley Pizza Lounge – Authentic Bronx Pizza with a Cozy Lounge Vibe

Old school pizza. Remember how pizza used to taste when you were younger? This place will bring you back. Restaurant is cozy and the staff is friendly and on point. I've been to places with young immature employees and these ladies were far from that. Friendly and courteous. Mozzarella sticks are lightly coated and very cheesy. Great spot for family or date night.

Definitely one of my favorite new pizza places in the Bronx. The decor has a modern setting with hints of old Italian classic makes it unique compared to the other pizza places in the neighborhood. I also love that they kept the old Giovanni's sign up. It gives a sentimental longing for what it used to be, but an appreciation for what's there now. The service was top-tier, all the staff was incredibly friendly, and Jack himself was a fantastic host, making us and every other guest feel welcome. The food was amazing, with everything being delicious and fresh. I definitely recommend trying their cappuccinos to finish off the meal. I look forward to dining /ordering from them in the future and can't wait to see what comes next.

What a gem! This is a new restaurant that just keeps getting better every time we dine here. We enjoyed the Pepperoni Spicy Honey Pizza. The crust is perfectly made and the ingredients are fresh. This is definitely a keeper! Started off with two appetizers - Fried Calamari and Deep Fried Mini Calzones which were also perfectly prepared and delicious. We ended the evening with a Cappuccino and I have to say this is probably one of the best I have ever had. The picture speaks for itself. Also have to comment on how reasonable their prices are for the quality of the food. Thanks Leslie for being so attentive and waiting on us and Jack, owner, for taking the time to personally greet us! Congratulations on the unique and modern New York Vibe for the restaurant and yet maintaining an intimate dining experience.

Stopped by last night with my brother and the food was amazing!! I had the spicy honey pepperoni personal pizza and my brother had the pesto chicken pizza and it's a good size personal pizza for the price. We also had the appetizer calzone and those were very flavorful. Met the staff and they were very friendly. They also have a bar and I had the margarita which was made really well. The lounge setting looks very nice, comfortable and the perfect place to kick back and enjoy some good eats. Definitely recommend this spot and will be coming by often.

Today I visited the Alley Pizza lounge located near the Pelham Bay subway station. The food was just incredible. My wife and I got the mini calzones with chicken. They were absolutely incredible, nice and crispy and cheesy. We each got a personal pizza. The pizza had the perfect sauce to cheese ratio and the crust was crispy. Definitely will be going back.

Updated: December 3,2025: Today my son and I decided to go have pizza for dinner. What I can say the food we had was delicious and the service was exceptional. Today we had the Spice pepperoni pizza , Chicken Pam and the Eggplant Caprese and a few drinks during happy hours. Thanks to Lesli for her kindness and being so attentive. The owner,Steve came by to see how everything was going. This is great restaurant and their food and service continues to be outstanding. I have been to many pizza restaurants and to me this is one of the best in the Bronx and many in the city. So come by for lunch and dinner , you will definitely be happy. I had the Meatballs Parmesan and my son had the Chicken Parmesan. The service was great as always and the sandwich's were delicious and amazing. Updated: Visited The Alley Pizza Lounge Feb 1, 2024 and what can I say, one of my favorite places in the Bronx to have pizza. The service and hospitality is amazing. I recommend this establishment because you will definitely enjoy their pizza and other dishes and their service. Their staff are friendly and professional and always attentive to their customers. I have made them my local pizza restaurant to eat in the boogie down Bronx. (Approx 3 months ago) Today I visited the restaurant and it was one of the best Italian restaurants in the Boggie down Bronx. The service,, atmosphere and food were so great that I had to order extra food with my son. The owner and his son walked around to see that customers were enjoying their food and asking for advice. I will not hesitate to go back to this restaurant as I enjoy their food and their service was fantastic. The waitresses, Samantha , Leslie and the bartender were the greatest I’ve ever met and what can I say their professional and hospitality were caring . The food was great and I would definitely be back again. I gave a five and I rarely give a five so if you want to go to Italian restaurant in the Bronx, do not hesitate because you will not be disappointed to come to this restaurant, you will have a great experience and you would definitely enjoy the food. As someone who travels a lot around the world, I will definitely will not hesitate to go back. The Italian sauce is home made as well.

They saved our nonprofit's annual fundraiser!! When our original caterer fell through at the last minute, Ally Pizza Lounge stepped in without hesitation and truly saved the day. They supplied an incredible amount of their delicious pizza and our guests raved about the food all night long. As our neighbor, they showed up in the most genuine and community-centered way. The owner himself delivered each batch of fresh pizza as soon as it was ready so no one had to wait, and thanks to their seamless support, our guests never even knew anything had gone wrong behind the scenes. We are so thankful for Ally Pizza Lounge and so excited to have such a wonderful neighbor in our corner. Highly, highly recommend!
